Gary has been teaching since 2002 and practicing yoga and Buddhist meditation since 1995 – he spent seven years in India, and other parts of the world, studying and practicing, before training to teach in 2002. He aims to make yoga and meditation accessible to everyone; he offers a teaching style that is both traditional and relevant to modern living. His approach, combining yoga exercises, breathing exercises and meditation, helps to reduce stress in our lives, and it also gives us the tools we need to maintain a balanced and happy life.
