Workshops to come back soon, early 2022
This “complete yoga” combines postures with pranayama and meditation. It’s filled with flowing yoga sequences, which will stretch, strengthen and energise, and bring you to a balanced calm, ready for pranayamas (breathing techniques which do wonders for energy levels and well-being) plus meditation to experience what it is to be still.
Level: Suitable for those who have attended general yoga classes, with Gary or another yoga teacher. It is not advanced in terms of complexity – so will suit most who attend classes.

General advice: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise; bring warm top or blanket to keep warm during meditation section of class; ideally, do not eat meals before session – allow 4 hours after large meal, and about 2 hours after light meal.
